Cancellation for Embalming & Restorative Art registration and/or special events must be received in writing and faxed or postmarked on or before April 27, 2026 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after April 27, 2026 and before May 4, 2026 will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $75 cancellation fee; special event fees/tickets will not be refunded. Cancellations received on or after May 4, 2025 and no-shows will not receive a refund. Telephone requests must be followed up in writing.
NFDA reserves the right to remove any attendee if their actions are deemed by NFDA, at its sole discretion, to be dangerous, inappropriate, violates NFDA’s policies, or is disruptive to other attendees.
NFDA reserves the right to cancel the program due to circumstances beyond its control. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a program, registrants will have the option to either receive a full registration refund or transfer registration to the same program at a future date. NFDA’s liability for any cancellation is limited to a refund of the registration fee and shall not extend to any other claims, including, but not limited to, travel expenses, cancellation fees, lost wages, inconvenience and other related costs. Cancellation policies vary by event.
