Resort and beach
Hotel Accommodations To support our host hotel, demonstrate effective practices in room block management, and keep registration fees lower, NFDA encourages attendees to book within the official PWC housing block at The TradeWinds Resort. To take advantage of this deeply discounted rate, reservations must be made by Thursday, April 3

All individuals who reserve a room within the official PWC hotel block must be registered attendees of PWC.  Reservations made without a corresponding event registration may be canceled without notice or reassigned. Discounted group rates are not guaranteed for individuals who are not registered for PWC. 

*If you are no longer able to attend and need to cancel your room, we ask that you make every attempt to do so prior to Monday, March 30 to allow other attendees the opportunity to take advantage of the exclusive rate prior to the reservation deadline.

Airports Serving St. Pete-Clearwater The St. Pete-Clearwater area is served by two major Tampa Bay airports: St. Petersburg-Clearwater International (PIE) and Tampa International Airport (TPA). Both offer many non-stop flights from cities across the nation to the Gulf Coast.

Need transportation from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) and your hotel on Clearwater Beach? The Grouper Airport Express provides rides between the airport and any location on Clearwater Beach (plus Sheraton Sand Key and Marriott Sand Key). Shuttles can carry nine people and their luggage and can accommodate wheelchairs. Fares are very reasonable.
